You can contact us via our online form that can be found on our websites www.dentalna-medicina.si in www.dentalna-estetika.si. Please use our online contact form to make an inquiry or schedule an appointment. You can also contact us directly via e-mail or post.

When filling out our online request form for enquiries, comments and questions, you are requested to fill in the following mandatory fields: “name and surname”, “email” and “message” and optional fields such as “telephone” and “message”. You are also requested to explicitly confirm your awareness of the fact that by sending your inquiry, comments or questions via the contact form and by entering your data, you also give your consent to the processing and collection of your personal data (name and surname, telephone number, e-mail) for the purpose of keeping records and providing proper and effective communication for the period of maximum 5 years after you have sent us the contact form, and that you are aware that you can ask us to delete your personal data at any time. Nevertheless, we shall strive to ensure that your data is irrevocably and permanently erased immediately after the need for data management has ceased to exist, i.e. upon the fulfilment of the purpose for which they were collected or after the limitation period has expired.
